October 14, 2021, at 1:07 PM, an officer on routine patrol a male known to him exiting the Billy K’s Restaurant located at 329 Stewart Boulevard in the City of Brockville. At that time, it was known to the officer that the 41-year-old male was currently a wanted person by the Brockville Police Service for a charge of harassment and failing to comply with a release order. The incident for the harassment occurred on August 17th where the accused had repeated communication with a victim. He appeared in court on the 14th and he was remanded into custody.

Public Intoxication/mischief:

October 14, 2021, at 7:47 PM, officers responded to a King Street West apartment building for a complaint of a disturbance. The complainant, who ended up being arrested, reported that there had been some sort of disturbance. He was intoxicated to the point that officers were concerned for his wellbeing. He was arrested for being intoxicated in a common area and transported to the Brockville Police Service. No real information was provided regarding his complaint. The 52-year-old male then proceeded to urinate in the cell area refusing to use the toilet. He now faces a charge of mischief and will appear in court at a later date.

Public Intoxication:

October 15, 2021, at 1:17 AM, officers responded to a complaint of an intoxicated female on Pearl Street. A 19-year-old female was arrested for her own safety under the Liquor Licence Act for being intoxicated in a public place. She was released from custody when sober.
