Prescott – The Town of Prescott is pleased to announce the appointment of Samantha Joudoin-Miller as the Manager of Community Services.
Ms. Joudoin-Miller has years of marketing and management experience through her work at Fulford Academy. She brings with her a strength in developing relationships and liaising between third party organizations. Ms. Joudoin-Miller possesses widespread experience in local recreation and event planning, and she presents an enthusiasm for strengthening the heart of Prescott.
“We are thrilled to welcome Samantha to our team at Town Hall,” said Mayor Brett Todd. “She will be a wonderful addition to our management staff, and I know there will be great things ahead.”

In Ms. Joudoin-Miller’s new role, which began on June 7,2021, she will be responsible for the leadership of recreation and leisure services as well as special events. She will strive to establish a robust volunteer base and will be responsible for the activation of the Prescott Museum and Visitor’s Centre. Ms. Joudoin-Miller will actively support the Town’s recreation facilities such as the Sandra S. Lawn Harbour & Marina, Centennial Pool, Walker House Adult Recreation Centre, and Prescott Public Library.
