78 New Cases & 1,479 Active Cases in Today’s LGL Health Unit COVID-19 Case Update – Tuesday, January 4, 2022

Leeds, Grenville & Lanark – The Leeds, Grenville & Lanark District Health Unit is reporting 78 new cases, 24 added in the last 24 hours and 54 added to previous days.

There are 1,479 active cases and 23 new recoveries. Cases are reported from data collected at 4:00 pm each day.

There are currently 11 outbreaks with 52 cases in Leeds, Grenville & Lanark.

There are 2 workplace outbreaks with 2 cases.

There are 2 Childcare Facility outbreaks with 6 cases.

There are 4 Congregate Care Facilities outbreaks with 7 cases.

There is 1 Sports & Rec. Facilities & Teams outbreak with 2 cases.

There is 1 Correctional Facility outbreak with 33 cases

There is 1 ‘Other’ outbreak with 2 cases
