21 New Cases & 41 Active Cases in Today’s LGL Health Unit COVID-19 Case Update – Monday, November 22, 2021

Leeds, Grenville & Lanark – The Leeds, Grenville & Lanark District Health Unit is reporting 21 new cases, 2 new in the last 24 hours and 19 cases added to previous days.

There are 41 active cases and 16 new recoveries. Cases are reported from data collected at 4:00 pm yesterday. We are still in Step 3 of Ontario’s Re-opening Plan.

There is currently 1 open workplace outbreak with 2 cases.

There is currently 1 outbreak at a school, 8 cases – St. Francis de Sales School – Outbreak Declared November 9, 2021

There is 0 outbreak(s) in long-term care.

There are 3 active cases in the hospital. 1 in the ICU and 0 on a ventilator. (*LGL residents only)

There are 0 new deaths and the total number of deaths to date is 64

There are 16 new recoveries, the total recovered to date 1,946.
