Brockville Braves Lost Both Games Over Weekend – VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS FOR FRIDAY

Brockville – The Brockville Braves lost both of their games on Friday and Sunday in the CCHL.

On Friday, the Braves lost a 5-2 decision to the Pembroke Lumber Kings at the Memorial Centre.

Blair Battochio, Cameron Hough, Andrew Poulias, Dennis Golovatchev, and Jacob Shankar scored goals, while Reece Proulx made 41-saves as Pembroke improved their season record to 29-24-2-1.

Brockville’s Joshua Barnes and Matthieu Wuth scored the Braves two goals.

Brockville saw their record drop to 35-13-3-4.

On Sunday, the Braves travelled to Kemptville to face the 73’s, losing 4-1.

Ryan Pawlikowski (2), Madoka Suzuki, and Jeff Taylor tallied goals, while William Anderson made 33-saves as Kemptville improved their season record to 23-30-4-0.

Justin McRae scored the lone goal for the Braves.

Brockville saw their record drop to 35-14-3-4.

The Braves are back in action on Tuesday night when the travel to Smiths Falls to face the Bears. The puck drops at 7:30pm.
