SOUTH GLENGARRY – On August 24, 2017, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) and SD&G OPP executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Search Warrant on a residence on Concession Road 8, South Glengarry. This resulted in the seizure of, a quantity of Marihuana plants, Marihuana, Oxycontin pills, ammunition and brass knuckles.
Chad BRYNTICK (43) of South Glengarry, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance ( 2 counts)
– Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon
– Produce a Controlled Substance
– Careless Storage of ammunition
Claude LAVIGNE (53) of North Glengarry, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance ( 2 counts)
– Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon
– Produce a Controlled Substance
– Careless Storage of ammunition
Darlene WHITE (52) of South Glengarry, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance ( 2 counts)
– Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon (2 counts)
– Produce a Controlled Substance
– Careless Storage of ammunition
All three were released and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on October 11, 2017.
