STOLEN CAR

SOUTH STORMONT – On November 9, 2019 at approximately 10:56 a.m, Stormont Dundas &Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a car being taken from a property on Saving Street, South Stormont Township.

Investigation indicated that sometime overnight unknown individuals attended and removed a white 2016 Toyota Camry (Ontario plate – CBKC 405)

An Investigation continues.

STOLEN TRACTOR

SOUTH STORMONT – On November 9, 2019 at approximately 11:36 a.m, Stormont Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a semi-tractor being taken from a property on Groves Road, South Stormont Township.

Investigation indicated that sometime overnight unknown individuals attended and removed a 2005 Blue International 990 semi -tractor (Ontario plate – BB40711). An Investigation continues.

BREAK IN

SOUTH GLENGARRY – On November 10, 2019 at approximately 5:09 p.m Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a break-in at a residence on County Road 2 in South Glengarry Township.

Investigation indicated that sometime between 2:45 p.m- 4:30 p.m unknown culprit(s) attended the residence and removed Canadian currency and multiple pieces of jewellery.

An Investigation continues.

EXCESSIVE SPEEDS

SD&G – On November 9-10, 2019 Ontario Provincial Police officers conducted speed measuring enforcement in SD&G and intercepted two vehicles for traveling at excessive speeds. The vehicles were impounded and their driver’s permits seized for seven (7) days in accordance to policy and were charged with Stunt Driving (Highway Traffic Act).

– November 9, 2019 at 11:55 am (South Stormont) a vehicle was stopped traveling 131km/h (80km/h zone) (County Road 11) – 32-year-old driver from North Dundas.

– November 10, 2019 at 9:51 am (South Dundas) a vehicle was stopped traveling 133km/h (80km/h zone) (County Road 7) – 37-year-old driver from North Dundas.
