LEEDS – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a stunt driver on Highway 401.
On the September 7, 2017 at about 12:45 P.M Ontario Provincial Police officers, in Leeds and the Thousand Islands Township stopped a speeding vehicle travelling eastbound on Highway 401. Speeds were in excess of 57 kilometres over the speed limit. As a result of the investigation a 30 year old Toronto woman was found to be unlicensed. She found her vehicle towed and impounded for 7 days.
She is scheduled to appear at Brockville Provincial Offences Court at a later date to answer to both charges.
