TOWN OF CARLETON PLACE – Officers from the Crime Unit of the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continue to investigate a Bomb Threat targeting the Carleton Place Hospital on Lake Avenue East in the Town of Carleton Place.

Officers from the Lanark County Detachment assisted by members of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) responded to the call at 06:48am on Monday 8th May 2017. The hospital was secured and the scene contained until 12:21pm that day.
