LEEDS – OPP are still investigating a break and enter that occurred at a local campground in 2016.

On the 17th of September 2016 members of the Leeds Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police attended a break, enter and theft that had occurred at the Mallorytown KOA Campground located on County Road 2 in Front of Yonge Township.

Thieves entered the business and removed a safe with a quantity of cash. A further quantity of cash was taken from another storage location prior to thieves fleeing the scene.

Anyone with information on the above occurrence is asked to call Leeds County O.P.P. Communication Centre at 1-888-310-1122, the Brockville Detachment at 613-345-1790  or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-(TIPS) 8477 or submit your tip on-line at Crime Stoppers does not want your name, you don’t go to court, and you could earn cash reward.
