‘Salamanders and Snakes’ Event Comes to Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area April 9

Kingston –  Noted salamander conservation expert Matt ‘The Salamander Man’ Ellerbeck, along with his pal, reptile educator Kenny Ruelland, will be hosting a special presentation on salamanders, snakes and more as part of their Reptile and Amphibian Advocacy Project.

This special event takes place Sunday, April 9, at 2 p.m., at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area’s Outdoor Centre. Come see live species, both local and those from more exotic locales. All ages are welcome. There is no cost for the event other than the regular gate admission.

The Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area is located at 1641 Perth Rd, (Division Street N) just two kilometres north of Highway 401. Entry fees are: $5.50 per person for adults and children over 12, and $3 per person for children 12 and under, to a maximum fee of $14 per car. Annual passes are available for $80 per year.
