CRCA Hosts Hummingbird Talk at Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area

Kingston – Join Stephen Kapusta of the Ontario Hummingbird Project as he gives a special presentation about the Ruby Throated Hummingbird, on Sunday April 16, at 2 p.m. at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area, in the Outdoor Centre.

Kapusta will talk about this specific type of hummingbird, it’s migration in Ontario, planning and planting a successful hummingbird garden and about his work with the Ontario Hummingbird Project over the past decade.

The Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area is located on Division Street just two kilometres north of Highway 401. Entry fees are: $5.50 per person for adults and children over 12, and $3 per person for children 12 and under, to a maximum fee of $14 per car. Annual passes are available for $80 per year.
