Brockville – On April 28, YMCA Healthy Kids Day gives families the opportunity to drop by their local YMCA from
10:00 am until 3:00 pm for free.

- On Healthy Kids Day, participating YMCAs open their doors to families to help them discover how simple and fun healthy living can be with the YMCA as their partner.
- Everyone is encouraged to bring their family and friends to explore their local YMCA, participating in activities while learning the joys of living a healthy lifestyle within a supportive of community.
- The YMCA offers a family-focused community where everyone belongs and where there is a program or activity for every member of the family, regardless of age or ability.

YMCA Healthy Kids Day is a national day dedicated to improving the health and well-being of kids across Canada. On Sunday, April 28 participating YMCAs open their doors even wider, encouraging families to discover how simple and fun healthy living can be with the YMCA as their partner.
