Gananoque – ‘We are neighbours’ Exhibit Opening at the Gananoque Public Library starting on Monday, November 6th and running until November 11th.
To celebrate the arrival of the ‘We Are Neighbors exhibit’, the Gananoque Public Library is asking community members to bring a covered dish representing their culture or heritage on opening night of the exhibit, Monday, November 6th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Come and celebrate our local diversity in Leeds and Grenville on the opening night of the exhibit in Gananoque when the library hosts a Multicultural Potluck.
Gananoque and area residents will have the opportunity to learn more about one another and celebrate our area’s diverse stories through this unique exhibit by the St. Lawrence-Rideau Immigration Partnership.
The exhibit will be at the library from Monday, November 6th to Saturday November 11th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm and then at the Visitor Center from November 12th to November 17th.
To participate in the potluck please contact Pam Hudson, Library Program & Outreach Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
