Leeds & Thousand Islands – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) in Leeds and the Thousand Islands responded to a break, enter and theft that occurred at a residence on Days Road.
On November 12, 2017 a break, enter and theft occurred on Day’s Road in Leeds and the Thousand Islands Township. Thieves entered a residence and removed property before fleeing the house.
After an investigation three young adults were arrested and charged. The three are also being charged in connection with a break and enter to a residence on County Road 2 in the same township from September 20, 2017.
23 year old Sailor ST LOUIS of Lyn and 22 year old Karli BIRTCH of Elizabethtown Twp., face charges of two counts of Break and Enter, two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Break-In Instruments, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Marihuana. They were released from custody with a court date scheduled for December 22, 2017 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Division in Brockville.
25 Year old Nathan CLARK of Prescott was held pending a bail hearing on November 14, 2017. His charges are as above with further charges of Failing to Comply with an Undertaking and Breach of Probation.
