Brockville – Sunday Concerts in the Park are back for another summer season in Brockville.
Being held every Sunday evening starting at 7:00pm at the bandshell at Hardy Park, it kicked off on June 3rd.
This Sunday’s concert will feature the Brockville Concert Band.
The full schedule for the Brockville Sunday in the Park is as follows:
July 7 – Brockville Concert Band
July 14 – 1000 Islanders Chorus
July 21 – Alexander’s Big Time Band
July 28 – Night Train Big Band
August 4 – Fiddlers Plus
August 11 – Ruby Tuesday Dixieland Band (will be at the St. John’s United Church due to Ribfest.)
August 18 – Maple Leaf Brass Band
August 25 – Chris and Alex with Great Music Guys
In case of inclement weather, concerts will take place at the St. John’s United Church on Park Street.
Concerts are free to attend, but do accept donations. The donations accepted each week are given to a registered local charity that the scheduled performer selected. Close to $4,000 in total was raised last year for the various charities that included the Brockville and Area Food Bank and palliative care.
