Significant snowfall expected Monday evening and overnight for our entire region!
Snow associated with an approaching low pressure system is expected to move into the area late Monday afternoon or evening and persist into Tuesday morning. Some areas may see snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm.
Snow may be accompanied by ice pellets Monday evening and overnight before changing to scattered showers Tuesday morning. There is also a risk of freezing rain during the changeover.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution Monday night and Tuesday morning as road conditions may be poor at times.
