Police Need Help to Identify Vehicle & Occupants Involved in Pursuit Early Wednesday Morning

Brockville – The Brockville Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a vehicle and occupants involved in a pursuit from early this morning, which began near Parkedale Avenue and Broome Road.

Officers were on general patrol in the area of MacGregor Crane at 2:00 a.m. checking on the building when a small silver vehicle came into the area.

The officer attempted to approach the vehicle and it fled the area at a high rate of speed. The officer then pursued the vehicle for a short period of time when the vehicle fled westbound on the 401. After a short distance on the 401 at speeds of approximately 190 km/h the officers discontinued the pursuit.

Police are looking for a small silver or grey sedan, possibly a Pontiac G6 or Chevrolet product with two occupants. (A photo of the suspect vehicle is attached)
