Do you have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep or sleeping through the night?

Kemptville – On May 24th, 2018 the KDH Foundation will be hosting another in a series of free wellness seminars.

Our speaker, Shulamit Ber Levtov, who has been the keynote speaker at a previous wellness seminar, is back by popular demand. Shula will be sharing tips and strategies you can use to help improve your sleep and your health!

Shula is the founder and director of Kemptville’s holistic stress and trauma clinic, Compassionate Support for Stressful Times. In her 17+ years as a professional in the mental health and personal growth field, Shula has logged thousands of hours helping hundreds of women and men recover from the effects of stress and trauma in a variety of public and private settings.

“Shula provides valuable insight on how small changes in your lifestyle can have a positive impact on your health and well-being. Please join us at eQuinelle golf course in Kemptville on May 24th at 7 pm,” says Joanne Mavis, KDH Foundation executive director.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity! To register for this free seminar, please contact Holly at helement@kdh.on.ca, or at 613-258-6133 ext. 217.
