Advance Care Planning Session Behind Held in Kemptville Oct 25th

Kemptville – What does living well mean to you? Do you know about different treatments that might be offered to you in the future? – and do you want them? Who would be willing to honour your wishes and speak on your behalf, if you were unable? It’s all about the conversation. Conversations about living well and dying well can be challenging – but they are important.
