Gananoque – The Nickel Cup Hydroplane Regatta returns to Gananoque this weekend September 16th & 17th.
Come out to watch as close to 70 hydroplanes compete for World Records on a surveyed course along the Gaganoque watefront at Joel Stone Park.
This race was postponed to this weekend from a date back in June becasue of the high river levels at the time.

Racing gets underway on Saturday at 10:00am and continues until around 4:30pm. On Sunday racing resumes at 10:00am until 5:00pm. The awards will follow at 5:30pm. The final races will start around 3:00pm.
As well on Saturday is the Gananoque Lions Show & Shine being held at the Town Park starting at 9am.
