Ottawa – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of parole.

Patrick ST DENIS is described as an Indigenous male, 33 years of age, 5’10 (178cm), 150 lbs (68kg) with black hair and brown eyes. He has visible tattoos on his face specifically an “arrow” surrounded by dots on his right cheek, a “spade/arrow ” on his chin surrounded black lines, and “FAST LIFE” written on his neck.

He is serving a 2 year, 5 month, and 29 day sentence for Trafficking in a Schedule I/II Substance, Fail to Comply with Condition of Undertaking, Fail to Appear for Court and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000.

The offender is known to frequent Ottawa, Ontario.
