Brockville – There was great weather, lots of vehicles and large crowds for the 31st annual Automotion hosted by 1000 Islands Street Machine Association in Downtown Brockville on Sunday.
This year saw the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Camaro. Over 400 vehicles of various makes were on display spread across Blockhouse Island, Armagh Sifton-Price Park, the Water Street Parking lot and Market Street West.
The event saw over 3,000 spectators plus take in one of the largest car shows in our region.
As well, on Saturday evening prior to the car show the 1000 Islands Street Machine Association hosted their annual poker run to kick off the car show.
There was also live music by River City Junction from 1:00pm and 3:00pm on stage.
Proceeds from the annual event will be donated to the United Way of Leeds & Grenville.
