LANARK COUNTY – Between Monday, February 17, 2020 and Monday February 23, 2020 officers from the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to 296 calls for service.

On February 21, 2020 Brandon GOGO, 29 years of age, of Lanark Highlands Township was charged with Operation while impaired as the result of a single motor vehicle collision investigation. GOGO is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on March 16, 2020.
On February 17, 2020 a 32 year old resident of Montague Township was charged with three counts of sexual assault and one count of Breach of recognizance. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on March 2, 2020.
The Lanark County OPP investigated 13 non-criminal domestic disputes
Officers of the Lanark County OPP investigated 7 theft complaints during the past week.
The Lanark County OPP investigated 3 incidents of mischief
The Lanark County OPP investigated 5 reports of fraud during the past week.
