Brockville – Come to the Brockville Museum’s 3 uniquely themed Museum@Night events! At these after-hours events designed for adults you can indulge your curiosity and all feature entertainment, themed snacks, cash bar, and interactive activities. Here is this spring’s line-up:
This Friday night!!! March 29th: 70s NIGHT!
The disco ball will be spinning and our DJ will be playing your favorite 70s tunes while you dance around the museum hunting for answers to what Brockville was really like in the 1970s… you may be surprised. Prizes for best 1970s attire will be awarded!
April 26th: STEAMPUNK INVASION:
Our popular History or Hearsay Cafe is taking on a Steampunk theme: find out what happens when modern technology takes on the Victorian period and decide which object label is true, and which is pure fiction. Prizes for best Steampunk attire will be awarded!
May 31st: INKED:
Explore the artistry, technique and stories surrounding body art. Explore the museum’s “My Story, My Tattoo” travelling exhibit, watch someone is getting a tattoo, try your hand at the art, or surprise your friends by sharing photos of your (temporary) tattoo at our photo booth.
All events kick off at 8 p.m. Get a great deal by purchasing your tickets in advance – all three nights for only $30 per person or $12 for individual nights (to be purchased by noon the Wednesday prior) or $15 at the door.
