Brockville – Community & Primary Health Care (CPHC ) held their ‘A Night in Hawaii’ on Friday night at the Brockville Convention Centre.
Close to 150 people came out to support the fundraiser which was held to raise needed funds for CPHC, so it can continue to provide services and programs to seniors throughout Lanark, Leeds Grenville.
The event saw music DJ’d by Johnny Five. There were also draws throughout the night, plus a silent auction with many items donated from Lanark, Leeds and Grenville’s business community.
As well, a Hawaiian photo-booth , a ‘Wine Cork Draw’
CPHC has been providing strength, hope, and empowerment to seniors for over 100 years from at least one of the many programs that CPHC delivers throughout Lanark, Leeds & Grenville.
Some of those programs are…Exercise and Fall Prevention classes, Meals On Wheels, transportation to medical appointments and other essential services, Personal Support Worker visits providing Respite Care, Diners Club’s, Foot Care, Adult Day Program, and Lifeline personal security monitoring.
CPHC’s mandate is to provide services that enable seniors to live in their own homes and communities for as long and healthy as possible while maintaining their safety with independence and dignity.
