Brockville – Are you interested in being able to: Identify a person’s true passion, match their interests to community opportunities, inventory and evaluate a community and most importantly, facilitate friendships and create successful community inclusion for people with disabilities?
Well you will be able to do so at an upcoming workshop, Building Real Communities – Supporting People With Disabilities to Take Their Rightful Place being held this Friday, November 17th at the Brockville Convention Centre.
It is being hosted by the Brockville & District Association for Community Involvment (BDACI) and features Al Condeluci, an energetic, humourous and engaging trainer who has been an advocate, a catalyst for building community capacities, and leader in understanding social culture since 1970.
It runs from 9:30am top 3:30pm and cost for the workshop is free to BDACI staff & association members and $110 for non-members and community partners.
