Brockville –  The Hon. Dominic LeBlanc, M.P. for Beauséjour,  joined Mary Jean McFall, Team Trudeau candidate for Leeds–Grenville–Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes, to speak about the priorities of families throughout the region on Wednesday evening.

“Today I had the pleasure of speaking with families in Leeds–Grenville–Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes, and the message was clear: these communities need a strong and trusted voice in Ottawa, like Mary Jean McFall,” said LeBlanc.. “Real change is working, but we can’t let Andrew Scheer’s Conservatives take us backward. Mary Jean McFall, Justin Trudeau, and the Liberal team are the only team with a positive plan to create good middle class jobs, support local families and farmers, and provide better health care and home care for seniors in Leeds–Grenville–Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes.”

Mary Jean has deep roots in our region’s agriculture sector, serving as a Director of Egg Farmers of Ontario and working as General Counsel to Burnbrae Farms. Most recently, she served as the Chief of Staff to Canada’s Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food. She has a unique understanding of the evolving local economy and a deep commitment to building a better future for families throughout the region.

“I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work for our families and communities,” said Mary Jean McFall. “We need a trusted voice in Ottawa who will put our families first, and work with Justin Trudeau to create good jobs and strengthen our middle class – and that’s why I’m working hard to earn your support in this important by-election.”
