Brockville – Police reports from the Brockville Police Service from October 26th & 27th, 2020.
October 27, 2020 at 1:45 – The Brockville Police Service attended the Brockville General Hospital for a 25 year old female that was causing a disturbance. The female was refusing to leave the hospital. When officers attended she continued to yell, scream and cause a disruption at the hospital. She was arrested and removed from the property. She has been charged with causing a disturbance and will appear in court at a later date.
October 27, 2020 at 5:04 PM – A 28 year old female has been charged with refusing to provide a breath sample. The Brockville Police Service received reports about the driver that was coming into town on Highway 401 and exiting onto Stewart Blvd. The vehicle was stopped and officers detected an odour of an alcoholic beverage on her breath. A demand was made for the driver to provide a sample of her breath to which she refused. She has been charged, vehicle impounded and licence suspended.
October 26, 2020 at 9:37 AM – A 31 year old female has been charged with being in possession of methamphetamine and cocaine after a complaint of a female sleeping in her vehicle on William Street. Officers attended the arear to check on her well-being and located the drugs. She was charged and released at the scene.
October 26, 2020 at 10:24 PM – A 32 year old female has been charged with careless storage of ammunition, possession of more than 30 grams of cannabis and having an open container of liquor. The vehicle was stopped in the area of Millwood Avenue where officers observed the open container of alcohol, ammunition and cannabis. She was arrested, charged for the offences and will appear in court at a later date.
