He will be appearing for a bail hearing.

Later Friday morning, just before 11 a.m., a 28 year old Brockville man surrendered himself to Court officers after failing to appear for his fingerprints to be taken on October 19th at the Brockville Police Station. At 4:30 pm on Friday afternoon a third arrest warrant was executed when a 27 year old Brockville woman was located in The Score at the Brockville Shopping Centre.

Brockville Police held 2 outstanding warrants for the woman, the first for failing to attend court on Friday January 5th, 2018 and a second Warrant of Committal for breaching her Probation. She was held for a bail hearing at a later date.

On Sunday evening at 7:40 pm. officers spotted a 40 year old Brockville man wanted for a Christmas Day assault in his vehicle on Tunnel Avenue. In the Christmas incident, a family gathering for Christmas dinner led to an argument inside a north end apartment building between family members. The argument turned physical and spilled out into the hallway of the building before it broke up and resulted in the 36 year old victim calling EMS for treatment.

The 40 year old was conveyed to Brockville Police headquarters where he was charged for assault and released from custody with several conditions and a future court date.
