Brockville Museum’s “Criminal Past” Walking Tours Are Back Starting This Friday

Brockville – The Brockville Museum’s “Criminal Past” walking tours are back once again beginning this Friday, July 6th.

Explore a darker side of Brockville’s past and hear some of the curious accounts from trials held at the local courthouse while touring historic Downtown Brockville.

Tour run at both 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. every Friday until Aug 31st. Only $8 per person, pre-registration is not required but is suggested. Tickets are also available through the SNAP’d website: https://1000islands.snapd.com/ticketed-events.

Tours depart and end at the Museum at 5 Henry St. and goes rain or shine. Tours last about 90 minutes and returns to the Museum. This is a walking tour through the downtown and includes steep slopes (hills) and crossing traffic and includes about 2.5km of walking.

Due to the nature of some of the stories, it is not recommended for children under 10. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Tours leave promptly.

We keep our groups small to ensure the best possible experience, so we recommend purchasing your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment. If purchasing online, please make sure that you are selecting the correct date and time.
