Brockville – The Brockville Junior Braves are are entered in the the Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup, a different kind of competition!
The Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup is open to teams across the country that show what volunteer work they’ve done within their community. It hopes to inspire kids to do charity work and give back, and the winning team gets $100,000 towards the charity of their choice.
The team has done a number of volunteer initiatives including raising money for the Brockville & Area Food Bank, volunteering for the Salvation Army Kettle campaign, and serving meals at the local Loaves & Fishes.

The top 10 teams across Canada will be announced on January 26th.
