Brockvile Police Investigating Stolen Bank Card

Brockville – Brockville Police are investigating after a 30 year old Brockville woman reported her bank card was stolen from her purse and used at the Bank of Montreal in Brockville.

Police say they were contacted on Monday by the victim at about 2:15 p.m. when she noticed her bank card had been missing and learned there had been 10 unauthorized withdrawals from her account totalling over $2000.

Investigators are working with the bank to recover security footage of the transactions and to identify those responsible according to police.
