MEET Thrill Dancers Choreographers Emily Carter & Victoria Emmons

Emily Carter (16) and Victoria Emmons (17) are seniors at Thrill Dancers. Each with over a decade of experience in dance, 2 of which they have helped teach our youngest dancers. Last year they assisted Grace Villanueva and her team for Dancing Stars, both girls are very excited to be choreographing a group of their own his year!

Welcome to Dancing Stars Emily and Victoria !

MEET Jess Barabash

Jess, an area native, this dancer returned to lived in Brockville after finishing school in 2013. She has a deep love for our community and an interest in community involvement. In the past few years she has been involved with numerous groups including: the Brockville & District Chamber of Commerce, Communities in Bloom, the Young Professionals Network and the Brockville Winter Classic Weekend, just to name a few. She works with her mom Anne at Hang Ups Creative Picture Framing and proclaims that YES this mother-daughter duo works very well. Having taken dance classes when she was young, she fondly remembers the bright stage lights obscuring the faces in the crowd and is fervently hoping that the same holds true for the bright lights of Dancing Stars. She is also hoping that now – 20 years later – she is still flexible enough to do the choreographer justice!

Hope this next dancer can manage her performance HANG UPS … please welcome Jess Barabash

MEET Brad Speck

Brad was born in Ottawa, lived for small time frames in Guelph, Osaka and Lyon, but has spend most of his life in Brockville. He is a Dad to two girls, is a sports enthusiast, Jogger, and a financial planner.

He is dancing because it is for a great cause, and… Austin promised that there was no video recording this year…. (Austin reports … its only going on You-Tube and YourTV )
This fellow thinks that the only way he will survive this ordeal is by relying on the strength of his amazing partner and their choreographer

Welcome to Dancing Stars Brad
