Manotick – The 28th Annual Guide Dog Dice Run in support of the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind hosted by the Ottawa River Riders and the Canadian Motorcycle Cruisers is being held on Sunday, September 11th.

It starts out and ends from the Guide Dog Training Centre, 4120 Rideau Valley Drive North, in Manotick. Registration will be held between 9:00am and 10:00 am at the Centre.

Donation of $20.00 per person which includes the motorcycle ride registration, dice roles, 50/50 draws, door prizes, BBQ and any Guide or Assistant Dog demonstrations.

The motorcycle ride will be self-guided, approximately 200 km long with three dice stops on the way. It will travel south from Manotick through North Grenville, to Merrickville then south to Prescott, on to Iroquois then north back to Manotick.

The BBQ will start around noon and consist of  hamburgers and corn on the cob. Prizes will be provided for the highest and lowest dice score for both men and women along with assorted door prizes and 50/50 draws.

After the ride, stay for a barbecue, prizes, and a walk through our kennels to meet some dogs.

Please, non-Guide Dogs are not permitted at the training center.
