Gananoque – The 2019 1000 Islands Writers Festival is being held in Gananoque this weekend running from Thursday, April 25th to Sunday, April 28th.
Gananoque’s celebration of storytelling through words, music and art will see the following storytellers and authors: Ted Barris, Terry Fallis, Heather Smith, Lesley Crewe, Tracy Kasaboski, Eric Walters, Deborah Dunleavy, Elizabeth Renzetti, Tom Wilson, Kristen Den Hartog, and Jennifer Robson.
This year’s venues are: Firehall Theatre, Gananoque Inn & Spa, Arthur Child Heritage Museum, Gananoque Legion, Gananoque Public Library, Seaway Manor, Bullock House, Turtle Islands B&B, Sleepy Hollow B&B and the Old English Pub.
