LANSDOWNE – Members of the Leeds and Thousand Islands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged another impaired driver.
On May 23th, 2019 at about 9:30 p.m. OPP officers were contacted by Canada Border Services Agency- Lansdowne Port of entry after they began an investigation into a suspected impaired driver. After further investigation, the driver, David BENTLEY, 54 years old of Boonton, NJ was charged with impaired driving and driving with more than 80 Mgs of alcohol in his blood.
He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville on June 7, 2019 to answer to his charges
