Seeley’s Bay Frost Fest
January 31 @ 7:00 pm - February 2 @ 7:00 pm
FrostFest is celebrating 26 years in 2020! Everything gets under way tonight with free hot dogs and hot chocolate, skating on the Bay and fireworks.
Organizers have set their sites on providing a full weekend of family friendly fun while raising funds to enhance community life in Seeley’s Bay and surrounding areas. Over the past 25 years the committee has donated $75,000 to support local programs in the community.
This much anticipated annual event takes place from January 31st until February 2nd and promises to celebrate its 26th year while celebrating an old-fashioned Canadian Winter, complete with wagon rides, snowman building and a lawn-art contest, fireworks, silent auction, craft and vendor sale, Saturday night entertainment, a chili cook-off, indoor and outdoor children’s activities — fun for the whole family!
The fun kicks off Friday night with free hot dogs and hot chocolate, skating on the Bay and fireworks. There will be entertainment Saturday night and with the purchase of a FrostFest button, you’ll have a chance to win a button prize, bidding rights at the silent auction and a discount on admission to Sunday evening’s community roast beef dinner for the amazing price of just a toonie!
FrostFest is brought to you by the Seeley’s Bay Lions Club. Do you have some time to spare? Would you like to help support FrostFest? If you’d like to volunteer, provide items for Saturday’s silent auction, prizes for the button draws or other financial support please get in touch with organizers via their web page.
