Smiths Falls – On Sunday, March 4, 2018, at approximately 12:10 pm, police conducted a traffic stop of a motor vehicle on Queen Street for a traffic offense. Upon police speaking with the 54-year-old male driver of Smiths Falls, a strong odour of alcohol was detected coming from his breath.
